Work and social life can get in the way of our workout, especially when we would rather do anything but exercise! These moves are very easy for everyone to do, use only your body weight so no other equipment is necessary, and they only take 10 minutes.
If you are working around your living room and don’t have a bench, you can always use one of hour dining chairs. Do each exercise as many times as possible in 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. That is a circuit. Do three in total for best results.
How to: Lie on your back with your arms and legs up in the air. Make sure that during the movements your lower back is always flat on the surface and your core is engaged. Lower one of your arms and the opposite leg at the same time, until they both reach the floor. Repeat on the other side.
